The GlobalReach Skill Training India Pvt. Ltd. is a one of its kind, Public Private Partnership in Maharashtra, under the Maharashtra State Skill Development Society. It aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality, for-profit vocational institutions. GRSTI provides funding to build scalable, for-profit vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support systems such as quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. GRSTI acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organisations that provide skill training. It will also develop appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives. The differentiated focus for the 23 sectors under GRSTI's its understanding of their viability will make every sector attractive to private investment.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Under this Scheme, Training and Assessment fees are completely paid by the Government.

ग्लोबल रिच स्किल ट्रेनिंग इंडिया चे पूर्ण महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व जिल्ह्यात सफलते पूर्वक राबाविलेल्या प्रमोद महाजन कौशल्य व उद्योजकता विकास अभियान (PMKUVA) योजनेचा आराखडा :

महाराष्ट्रभरात १५० पेक्षा जास्त शाषन मान्य सहयोगी कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण केंद्रांची स्थापना.

राज्यातील युवक-युवतींना विविध क्षेत्रामधील ४१४० विद्यार्थ्यांचे कौशल्य प्रशिक्षीत झालेले आहे.

३०७६ विध्यार्थ्यांना कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण देऊन अधिक मागणी असलेल्या उद्योग,सेवा व तत्सम क्षेत्रात रोजगार/स्वयंरोजगार विद्यार्थी संधी उपलब्ध करून दिली.

राष्ट्रीय पातळीवर रोजगाराची अधिकतम संधी असलेली खालील 11 कौशल्य विकासासाठी प्राधान्य क्षेत्रे :
